Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after process is complete. Orders that are already in production can not be canceled or refunded.
  • Shipment Notifications: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.
  • Tracking: After your item has shipped, please refer directly to the shipping carrier’s tracking system (FedEx, UPS, USPS, UPS, or other service) for the most up-to-date delivery status.
  • Sizing: We offer women fitted tees and unisex fitted tees. The women cut fitted tees RUN SMALL. Please consider ordering 1-2 sizes up. All customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases. All figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: The Unpopular Way LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Responsibility transfers to the carrier once your order has been handed off. Customers must file any claims for lost or damaged packages directly with the shipping carrier used for delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we request a return for inspection, please pack securely and include your order number in the box.
